Just want to say the customer service from this seller is fantastic! They are surprisingly quick to respond to my concerns. First, I traded in my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback for a 2020 Honda Civic Hatchback. Car seat covers are good, somewhat decent quality. But to be honest. They are overpriced for what you get. Then the installation process is a big pain in the ass. The instructions that came with the product are just useless. The same with videos. There is no good explanation of how to clamp or fasten things under the seat or on the side of the seats (passenger and driver). Then there was a problem with the back seat. They didn't fit well. General. And the seat belt, which is the middle seat in the back, is completely covered, lol. That was when customer service emails took place. What I could fix And another pain in the ass. And the rear seat covers still don't fit. The driver and passengers are fine, decent. but do not understand why not the back seat. The structure is simply deactivated. Yet again. for all that. absolutely not worth 200.00. Oh good. Lesson learned and making the most of it.
