I bought this for my pool pump which is about 10 meters from my wifi router. The fork is fully exposed to the weather, but it's on some kind of pavement so it doesn't make direct contact with the ground. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and haven't had any issues including some very heavy downpours and a couple of rainy days. There are rubber plugs that plug into sockets when not in use. Setup was easy as I already have Smart Life installed on my phone. Within minutes I had a plug in the line. You can program each of the two outlets individually to turn on and off at different times. I'll probably buy another one or two for Christmas decorations. I love the product and will buy it again.
