Picture is great, assembly is easy.
The monitor was easy to install but the base you attach is cheap and can be reinforced so it doesn't look so sloppy. The connections are tight and easy to reach. You'll have to read the manual first to get an idea as there is no automatic selection that I noticed when I first tried it. Worked 10 hours a day for 3 months without complaint.
