I work in a freezer at -15 degrees, this thing needs a hat to keep my head warm. Also, you'll need more than one to switch between them as moisture absorption completely drenches the front of the mouth area and flows down to the chest. And it doesn't dry out overnight. Like most frost masks. Wash frequently to avoid odors.
