Glad to finally buy a water filter pitcher and this one is good except the lid comes off when I try to pour a glass of water. I ended up flooding the whole counter with water. So I learned to only pour water after the water was filtered to the bottom. Also, I hold the back of the lid with one hand and the front of the lid with the other hand so the lid doesn't close when I pour. This is quite difficult for those who may have health issues with their hands, elbows, wrists, and shoulders. Weight of water, not container. Those issues aside, I really like this pitcher. These problems are easy to solve, and clean water is more important than the small problems listed.
