It came with a very handy case for the needles but I returned it. I bought three different needles because I didn't know the difference between German and Asian needles. After getting the items they were all identical. This had a very nice case and I would have kept it, but I dot what seems to be an identical product with a free gift of several wig making needles that I would have eventually had to buy separately (not ventilating needles but the big curved, straight, and angled needles for sewing tracks). Now the other product did not have a fancy case but I can get by without that. The other product was also a little cheaper but not significantly in my opinion. I would have been OK paying for this one had I already had some needles because the case really is nice and the capsule looking things for the needles are in really makes a great presentation.
