Gentle on the body in diet and sports nutrition

I got Dr. Oz's CLA Tonalin and thousands of other products he says help with weight loss. I don't know why I chose this one in particular, but I'm glad I did. I take one pill a day, drink 6-8 glasses (8 ounces) of water, eat 4-5 light remedies, and snack a few times with trail mix, raw veggies, nuts, fresh fruit, etc. When I eat out, I eat I want, but only 1/2 portion. I take the other half home to eat another day. I'm sure this pill will help me especially when I overeat. I could lose more weight in shorter periods of time if I took 2 pills a day, but I'm slowly losing weight at my desired pace. It's not hard on the body. I highly recommend and follow the directions on the bottle.
