UPDATED - I have received an email response and a personal call from the manager regarding this matter. They send a new block immediately and apologize for the problem and the delay in response. I don't deal with many companies that have done this type of outreach, so I'm impressed and grateful for how they handled the situation. They back their guarantee so I'm updating my rating from 1 to 5 and feel comfortable saying this is a product worth checking out. We were very happy with the results before this happened. I received this on September 19, 2021. It was working fine until a few days ago when it suddenly went from blue to red and the number jumped to 500. It never went back to normal. I've emailed and gotten ideas for things to try but none of them worked and I haven't received any further reply. Right now, this is a giant paperweight that costs a lot of money. It was great while it lasted but I don't recommend it now. It remains to be seen if anything is done and if I get other answers. Order with caution.
