Mine just built yesterday, everything installed and tested very quickly. The Wi-Fi connection is great, all alarms are checked and cleared much quicker than I expected (ie notifications arrive less than a minute after the event). The instructions are well written, the cost of the annual maintenance after two years (10€/year) is fully justified, although I didn't realize it when I bought it. Both the device application process and the monitoring portal work very well. The built in temperature and humidity monitor is actually quite sensitive and has a resolution that I can see with my oven running when the temperature rises and the humidity drops by about a percentage every half hour, very cool. The quality is excellent and I expect the device to last a long time and totally worth the rest. A nice feature is that in the event of a power outage at home or the device (when the alarm most likely goes off and it's raining) a notification will still be given if the device doesn't register within the specified interval. which is definitely good. Prevention to search the basement. It's also nice that the unit doesn't require additional home automation systems, has a rechargeable backup battery, and includes a depth monitor (listed as an option in the online manual) in addition to a high-level float.
