ZUC is easy to use, our sales team loves it! It's so simple for them that they can't help but love how fast we're moving forward in adding new customers into their system. The app has been very reliable - no issues at all this year (aside from an outage last week). There was nothing about using ZU I disliked or would change if given another chance. If you want something super-simple/easy-to-use then definitely give us a try!! We've moved quickly since implementing ZuC -- more than doubling revenue compared to same period 1 yr ago & have seen increased customer satisfaction as well.
