I bought this on the recommendation of my hairdresser/friend. I was very excited to find a hair tie that could hold my hair while bouncing and exercising without having to adjust it 25 times! When I received them in the mail I thought it was a mistake. I bought the wrong size. I was about to return it when I said wait, just try again. It took a few tries to get the band to stretch more comfortably - it won't break, but it looks like it will. My curly hair below my shoulders pulled into a ponytail very easily. My hair stayed styled for hours! No pain, no headache! The only problem is that it's so tight that it's a little hard to remove with your finger. It's not so bad that they're useless. oh, they are also too small/tight to wear on the wrist "just in case". So just apply to your hair and forget. These hair bands live up to expectations! :D
