The user interface is very intuitive, it's easy to navigate through menus with minimal training required for new employees or existing staff who are not familiarized yet working in this specific platform/system! We have been able use all features available without any issues (at least so far).
I like how you can customize your dashboard according needs as well - we were using other software which was more complicated but lacked some key functionality such us customizing dashboards etc., now everything has its place there :) Would love if they could add even better integration options regarding social media platforms where customers share their feedbacks directly from within system itself via Facebook pages / Twitter accounts; currently only option would be emailing customer support team about problem solving issue at hand rather than having direct access into solution process themselves while being logged onto account page :P.
