The entire experience from opening this brush to using it was luxurious. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The feel of materials and buttons is first class. There's even a small color screen to guide you through the settings. The charging station is also well built and looks fantastic. This brush has very good power. It's on par or better than anything I've tried in the past. I haven't had any luck with the app. The website just gives me a blank page when I ask for the Android version. Apple seems to be there. I contacted tech support via email and they didn't respond. I don't really need the app but if I had one and found it useful I would give this brush 5 stars.
