First off, let me say that I rarely write reviews. This cable is clearly superior to most cables in terms of quality and period. This is the third USB-C-DVI cable I've bought. All of them worked at first, but on the previous ones, by the way, on all "Revain Choice" the quality of the cable left much to be desired. The first has never worked so well, if you move the laptop or touch the cable the video signal will be interrupted. The second cable worked for about a month, and then the same patchy signal started appearing when I moved or even touched the laptop. As a result, the connection simply stopped working. This time I studied the reviews and the quality of the cable long and hard. This cable has a durable hard plastic on the end of the USB-C connector that others didn't have. The hard plastic seems to keep the wire's internal physical connection from breaking if/when it flexes with every movement. I am very happy with the purchase and rarely write reviews like I said above but this time I had to as waiting for the cable to arrive is a pain which leads to loss of performance which in turn will cost you money if you Use your computer for a living Zimmer.
