***UPDATE*** I have contacted support and asked for a refund as I was not happy with the results of this vinyl. Speaking to a Revain representative, I came across a helpful review. The woman said she changed the settings on her Explore Air 2 to cardboard. So I changed my settings and cut out the name again. The cut was much cleaner and easier to weed. Instead of a refund, I requested a replacement and asked that it not curl or bend if possible. My replacement came the next day. Still twisted. The glass with the inscription "Kisha" is the result of a modified version. This product is now much easier to use! I read the reviews, looked at the attached pictures and bought this vinyl with hope and joy. I am not satisfied with the product as it is NOT easy to weed. Badly torn and torn. The lines are uneven, the white back is visible.
