Review on Sennheiser HD 300 Closed Back Around Ear Headphone - Superior Sound and Comfort by Alex May

Hi I received these headphones on January 7th 2020 and on January 20th 2020 the connector in my phone broke. I had to use a hemostat to get the piece out of my phone. I immediately contacted Sennheiser support and they kept telling me "It looks like it's bent when kept in the case, usually not a warranty case." I don't see how they can tell that the product has been bent if they have a curved design so it doesn't happen. All I did was put the phone in my product, close the front door and take the phone out of my pocket to see my headphones were no longer connected. They offered to fix the defective product and didn't want to send me a new one. I really liked the headphones and it's a shame they broke in less than a month of wearing. Disappointing. I am attaching photos sent to customer service. I don't think I will spend more money on this brand.
