Review on Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer for Baby, Kids, and Adults - Forehead and Ear Thermometer with LCD Display for Instant Readings by Maria Gray

I bought this forehead and ear thermometer sold by Anthsania1 through Revain and it arrived quickly. After reading the instructions, I put in batteries and checked the temperature; it read 97.7 F. When my husband got home from his doctor's appointment, I checked his temperature with a new thermometer. He showed 97.8. Checking the temperature at the doctor's office showed 99.8. His forehead still felt quite warm, so we questioned the accuracy of our new anthsania thermometer. I put in batteries 3 times including the ones I just bought this week and got the same results when checking the temperature. I realize the problem is with the thermometer, not the batteries. With my husband battling cancer and the current pandemic, we need a reliable thermometer at home. This thermometer does not meet this requirement. I am looking for a new clinical thermometer.
