The skirt arrived quickly in perfect condition. Since the size charts that come with Chinese clothing are often inaccurate and small, I ordered the size XXXL that was right for me. I usually wear an American 16 or XL. To my surprise, this skirt was one size bigger. XXL would fit. It will be easy to change, so I'll leave it. It's great for Latin dancing or just to dress up a bit. I can only attach the elastic band to the waistband in two places because it sticks up in sections and creates a bulge where it should be lying flat.
