Review on πŸ“ Paddletek Bantam TS-5 Pickleball Paddle: Enhancing Performance with Advanced Design by Matt Crawford

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Too expensive and too light

An average oar that would be acceptable if not for the price of a really good oar. Too light for my needs and doesn't seem to offer anything that I couldn't get with much cheaper paddles. I assume paddles are the same as many other types of exercise equipment - the gear (regardless of price or components) may give a slight advantage, but it really comes down to the actual skill level of the athlete. A clumsy pickleball player will still play poorly with a $200 bat, while a proficient player can win with a wooden bat. Think about it if you decide to spend a lot of money on a paddle.

Pros
  • HIGH PERFORMANCE Paddle – Paddletek's Bantam TS-5 comes with a textured fiberglass/epoxy hybrid that increases spin control and lets you crush the competition.
Cons
  • Crumpled
