I just received this and immediately started the refund process as it didn't close properly in tablet mode. The case works great in laptop mode and should offer at least some protection. The product description states that in tablet mode, the keyboard must be covered with a stand, which causes a "see-sawing"; if you use. After thinking a bit about the design issue and how to solve it, I realized that the problem is actually on the back of the screen protector. In tablet mode this isn't required, so I just removed it. Considering there is no other real choice to protect this device I will keep what I have, it protects the keyboard well, I will play around with this if I need to swap it out.
