Great product with some flaws

I really like these headphones. I use them when I walk my dog and whenever I'm on the phone, but I need to get around and use my hands (like cleaning house). When listening to music, the sound is clear and similar to wired headphones. It can get noisy, so if you're outside or in a noisy place, you can still hear clearly through them. The small buds stay in the ear and the buttons are conveniently placed. It connects to my phone very quickly and the battery life is great. There are a few downsides. If you move too much – e.g. B. jumping a lot or doing reverse yoga poses - the audio becomes static or even cut off a bit. I don't sweat a lot, but that affects the sound quality as well. The minimum volume is a bit too high for me. I've been looking for ways to turn the volume down when I just need quiet background music or when the person on the other end is exceptionally loud (e.g. my sister is speaking loudly and can't whisper). I usually just take them off and let the music play/the person talk on my phone if I want to. Finally, the small rings on the side that hold the cables next to the headset are very fragile. I've already broken one and it hurts a lot because I have this wire around my neck now. Not really a complaint, just an annoyance when I don't want to point out that I have headphones in my ears. Also, it doesn't look good when they're in the holder with that big wire dangling behind the shirt. Also, I like the product. I would take another one of these, but I want it to solve these problems. This was my first headset so I'm happy and now I'm very confident in a bluetooth headset.
