Yes, complete! A small cutlery/dish basket hangs from one end and this may not be the end you need it from. Turn the basket over by removing and sliding the brackets on the basket. It only takes about 5 minutes. You'll need a sharp hammer drill, ice pick, or other sharp-tipped tool to drill new holes for the screws. You will also need a small/medium Phillips screwdriver. It's easy, and this small modification is no reason to buy another brand. I should also mention that there are no sharp edges to snag clothes or kitchen towels. Each end of each piece of wood has been sanded smooth. It's the longest-lasting I've ever bought and a little tweaking shouldn't stop you from buying it. I highly recommend this dish dryer.
