Great! I got them because we got new carpet 8 months ago. Our former 100% home trained male thought it was his own new markings and the occasional pee - nowhere else in the house. My boy didn't pretend they bothered him much but just stood or walked somewhere and sat in. He looks confused. But he hasn't peed yet. I think he'll get used to it, otherwise he'll get a message about the missing marker in his head. I don't regret buying them. Make sure you measure your dog's waist - mine is 22 inches and bought a large one. Even when you put it on, the Velcro is not 100% used up.
