Fandelier is beautiful. The installation of the main unit (fan, remote control and LED indicators) is standard. The reason I gave it 3 stars is for two reasons.1. You have to figure out how to line up 63 crystal balls and 22 outer (black) crystals. There are no directions, no pictures. The included pens are flexible yet versatile. I bought another fandelier that was a different design and had these pre-bent hangers that were intuitive to use. Not this.2. The chandelier part attaches to the main fan unit with 4 screws pre-threaded on the main unit. When I started using these screws to mount the chandelier, they were too short and didn't reach the screw holes. These are metric screws. I found longer ones (1 inch) at Home Depot for $1.60 so no problem. However, this is essential and screws of the correct length must be included. The screw size is 4mm 0.7 and 30mm long.
