Good quality. The base is decently finished, not solid wood, but that wasn't expected. The bricks themselves sit on a rubber pad to secure them to the wooden base. Changing them is pretty easy. The fit is snug enough to give your hand room to belay when needed to stabilize your shot. In general I am satisfied. Will update as soon as I need to use them, which should be relatively soon as I'm waiting for the flintlock kit. I have limited space where I will be working on this kit so it fits the bill for the space it takes up when I'm not using it.
