I use this lumbar support in a regular chair. The strap is too long and cannot be adjusted short enough to be used. I had to change it twice and the cushion keeps sliding down my chair requiring constant adjustment to keep it in the correct position. The pad itself is fine, but constantly changing it is really annoying. Also during use it slips and is no longer in the right position to be effective. I think it's better for a car seat or other thick chair. I'll probably cut and sew the strap on, but that's not necessary if the strap is adjustable!
