Okay, first of all I think open bags are a terrible idea. When you take this cover off your machine you either throw it all away or it falls under the weight of your bags because it no longer has a sewing machine to keep it in place. Velcro for closing, zipper. some. would fix it. I have my brother's car. I need to remove the extended table/arm to use the lid. Apart from that everything is alright. Just throw it on the car. My mom had a hard plastic snap-on lid. I like it that way, but it's better than nothing. The color matched the picture.
