Incorrect instructions included
Instructions require 3/8 bit drill and hammer to drive anchors. DO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. The anchors screw into the anchors and the 3/8 hole is too big. The anchors will not hold when the web is under tension. Believe me, I followed the written instructions and now all I have is two holes in the wall and not a single canvas on it. I looked at the afterword on the Netgear website and found that the drill shouldn't be larger than 1/4. Note if you have screw-in anchors and don't use a hammer if you have them. Shame on Netgear for packaging the swivel with faulty and inadequate instructions.
