Never received an order

We have never shipped a product. So disappointing. The frame is of high quality, with excellent picture quality. It would be nice to be able to rotate from vertical to horizontal.

Better than the original v1

The unit I bought a year ago was either defective or just poorly designed. It took a lot of strength and I couldn't flip the last ten degrees of the 90 degree turn. Hopefully this v2 is better designed. I haven't installed it yet, but I've noticed that every 90 does.

Works very well in materials for storage and display

It came out pretty quickly. The mount was easy to assemble. Please use a taller head if accuracy is required as the built-in head will not fit. I bought this for my Meural Canvas I and it worked fine. Rotation is locked for only one rotation (clockwise to rotate to portrait, counterclockwise to rotate to landscape).

Incorrect instructions included

Instructions require 3/8 bit drill and hammer to drive anchors. DO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. The anchors screw into the anchors and the 3/8 hole is too big. The anchors will not hold when the web is under tension. Believe me, I followed the written instructions and now all I have is two holes in the wall and not a single canvas on it. I looked at the afterword on the Netgear website and found that the drill shouldn't be larger than 1/4. Note if you have screw-in anchors and don't use aโ€ฆ

Easy install and instructions

Got this for my Meural and it worked great. The mount was easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. You can only rotate it in one direction to rotate it to any position, landscape or portrait, so you need to be a little careful to make sure you rotate it correctly. Otherwise there are no problems and does exactly what you need.

A great way to enjoy photography

This swivel mount works perfectly. Exactly what I was hoping for. Ideal for displaying both formats, horizontally and vertically. For the price of a frame it should have been included but I'm glad I have it so I can view both formats. I have 2 sheets of plasticine, one for vertical and one for horizontal, so I only have to turn it twice a day.

The larger version is a bit pricey though I bought is worth investment. Set up was simple and my family and I enjoy visiting the many art worlds that we have personally visited in museums around the world. Information about artists and works is useful to strengthen the educational part of art in our children. Highly recommended.
