I had an inexplicable sore throat throughout the installation of this hair. At first it didn't occur to me that the problem was in the hair, but once I found out I removed the hair and after 2 days I felt better. Not wanting to waste money (I bought two packs totaling 8 rolls), after a few months I decided to cleanse my hair with apple cider vinegar and try again. I left my hair in a solution of apple cider vinegar and water for 2 hours, rinsed thoroughly and let dry. Before fully reinstalling them, I took everything out and threw it away. It's not a smell, but something unpleasant (toxic) in the air with these hairs.
