I read reviews before purchasing and there were few comments about noise canceling. The reviews I did see were the best but I took a leap of faith knowing I could return them. I live on two busy cross streets, traffic is all day and all night. I also live a block from a college who is now currently having band practice for football season. These shoes were so cute online! The shoes are exactly as pictured. However, as a previous review says, the brand of this shoe is unknown. There is no brand on the shoe or box. I wore these shoes 1 time & then threw them away because I got blisters on the tops & sides ofseveral toes. It was impossible to wear toe socks because they made the shoes too slippery.
