This is dollar store appearance and dollar store quality. My first reaction upon unpacking was WOW! And then it only got worse. It's definitely NOT worth the $9.99 I paid for it and then realized it was non-refundable! The average retail markup is around 300%. The margin for this is closer to 1000%. I will find a little girl of that age who gives this too. She, whoever she is, will probably be pleasantly surprised by this dollar store pencil holder. Buyer Warning!
