I love these pedals once I realized they are very easy to use. I'm an idiot and I've been trying to zip up my shoes for days but they just wouldn't fit. I watched a few videos and read reviews that said inserting a clip was "as easy as can be," but that wasn't my experience. Eventually, I realized I had installed the spikes incorrectly, so I flipped them over and they snapped easily into place. I wish the spike application instructions were more specific as the video showed black spikes on a black boot. It's hard to tell which side was which. Ultimately it was the user's fault and the pedals are fine. I like that they leave a little room so you can rotate your foot easily without loosening.
