Comfortable and large size

This is the perfect size and style for delivering groceries to my mother in the care home during and after the Covid-19 lockdown. It's easy to open and doesn't need to carry containers back and forth!

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Minor issues

Best for perishables

I loved that this bag is perfect for shipping from Las Vegas, NV to Pikesville, MD with ice bags added and sealed in the shipping carton. Everything was received in excellent, unmelted condition in the middle of the hot, scorching summer month of August. favorite product.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Product works - suitable for overnight/next day delivery

Product as described suitable for overnight or day delivery with ice packs. I probably should have ordered the ones that were a bit larger than items and ice packs, had to fold the lid down to seal, was a little tight but the chocolate didn't melt and was over 90 degrees on the day of delivery.

Pros
  • Good item
Cons
  • Socket required

Perfect for cake delivery.

These liners were purchased for shipping butter cakes across the states. It chilled my cake. even at temperatures above 90 degrees. Now I made bubble shit out of a frozen cake and additionally lined the box with a thermal insert with styrofoam. My cake arrived half frozen and undamaged at my customers. Will use again for my business shipping needs.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Reliability

Let go, let go

The shape and size were odd, but I was able to figure it out using two pockets for my belongings. What I found unacceptable was the instant transfer of the temperature of the packed items to the outside of the bag. So I put the things in double bags. Another transfer of temperature through the heater. Then he added insulation to the walls of the box. I doubt my efforts have helped. And I just hope the fast delivery doesn't spoil the food. Next time I'll buy a soft insulated fridge like…

Pros
  • Not just useful for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Neutral

Cannot be used for shipping

I'm sure this product can be useful for shipping items that don't need to be kept at a specific temperature. I was trying to ship a cheesecake and ran a test to see how long a large ice pack would stay frozen. Within 4 hours the ice pack pretty much melted and condensation was seeping through the liner. Like I said, it wasn't ideal for me. In the end I sent the item back.

Pros
  • User friendly
Cons
  • Quick start guide

Nothing like the description and photos

What arrived does not match the photos or the product description. Looks like a standard email program with white bubbles, not a box insert. They don't have the shape of a cardboard liner and don't have the shiny metallic look I was expecting. I already have a lot of mailboxes and was looking for something I can trust to deliver candles during the hot summer months.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled

Let it go, let it go

The shape and size was odd but I was able to manage it using two pockets to put my stuff. What I found unacceptable was the instant transfer of temperature from the packaged goods to the outside. So I double packed. Another transfer of temperature through the heater. Then he added insulation to the walls of the box. I doubt my efforts have helped. And I just hope the fast delivery doesn't spoil the food. Next time I'll buy a soft insulated fridge like insulated lunch bag for kids. Can work…

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
