Exactly what I was (almost) looking for

I have several (6 or 7) mechanical keyboards including two low profile models. I prefer clicky blue switches and work from home in a basement office away from the rest of the household, noise is not a problem. I like the click of the buttons better. I bought this keyboard with the intention of using it as my main travel keyboard. I really like this keyboard. The feel of the blue switches is heavier than I expected, but felt good. The white backlight is bright, giving the keyboard a clean, stylish look even on the lowest setting. I would probably order RGB if it was available with blue backlight, but I'm glad I'm stuck with white backlight. The keys are well positioned for my hands and I didn't feel the need to get used to their keyboard. The curved keycaps don't restrict my lateral keyboard movement as others have reported. The keycaps wobble more than full-size switches, but the short travel seems to mitigate this and I have no issues. I use Bluetooth (more on that later) to connect to my Dell XPS 15 and I found it to be stable and reconnect quickly when the keyboard goes to sleep. I haven't tested it with my Samsung phone or Samsung tablet, but I plan to use Bluetooth with those devices as well. My other low profile blues keyboard is a Havit with Kailh blues and they seem closer to laptop keys while this Gaytheron blues seems closer to full profile although both seem to have a very similar range of travel . Other complaints I've read are valid. I assume ABS keycaps wear out quickly and can't find a replacement other than Keychron. It's not a big problem today, but maybe later. The battery life isn't that great. Today that's not a problem as the keyboard is charging most of the time. The Bluetooth connection has the lowest lag. It's not a problem for work, but I wouldn't recommend using Bluetooth for gaming where response time is an important factor. As usual, I would recommend using a USB connection. So why almost? The keyboard connected via USB does not work on my keyboard. I'm sure it works on other K1 V4 keyboards but mine seems to be buggy. Do I need this function? Not really. I don't feel that lag is holding me back in the games I play and if I did I would have another flat red keyboard to use. Am I glad it doesn't work? Not at all. A replacement isn't available and I don't want to wait who knows how long this model will be back in stock with these switches so I'm keeping mine. If the USB connection worked I would give this keyboard 5 stars. If the seller has a working K1 V4 laying around with blues that has both Bluetooth and USB working, I'll be happy to exchange it and update the review. I really like this keyboard.
