I like how easy it was to set up my account, as well as all of our jobs! The customer support staff are very helpful with any questions or concerns we may have about using this product in general (or specifically).
There's nothing really negative at this point; however there could be if they ever decide not offer certain features anymore without giving you notice first before discontinuing them completely from their platform/website. We're able solve most problems ourselves but when something comes along where help would make sense then contacting Customer Support makes perfect since possible!! Recurring Jobs - solving issues related to having multiple customers' work scheduled out throughout one day each month instead of just once per week over several days every other weeks.- ease-of-use & customization options available through website / mobile app itself.
