I'll start by saying the shoes are cute, the colors are great and they fit well. My son has had several pairs of sneakers from this brand with no problems. My 3 year old daughter has been wearing these shoes for about a month now and I have already ordered another pair of sneakers for her. Closing the Velcro on either side of the foot seemed like a good idea, but she could never pull it tight enough at the top of the foot. She can put them on very easily, but then she starts walking and often walks right out of her shoes. Since I often have to re-fasten afterwards, the velcro seems to be fraying/worn out. Now when she leaves, the inner locks open slightly. The shoes themselves are still in good condition, but I don't know how much longer we can use them. I would most likely still use this brand but not this style.
