Skirt is the perfect holiday red. Fits higher on waist. If between sizes, I'd go up. The problem is the wrinkles! They won't go away. I had it hanging up for nearly a month, finally washed and air dried and still.the wrinkles! It came with no care instructions so at this point I may try to iron as if it does get ruined it won't matter because I can't wear it with all the wrinkles anyway!
