My wife needed new clips to straighten her hair. She usually adds bits in the process, but lately all her old clips have been broken. She thinks they're great for semi-curly hair and for straightening or curling. Her hair is shoulder length and very thick so she can't style it but if you don't have thick hair I'm sure you can. They are matte to the touch, non-shiny and have a leopard print. They also come with two large cheetah patterned metal clips which she loves. They are great for holding hair back or adding extra detail to a braid or similar. They are larger than her neutral colors and she loves them very much. Cute and fun set, especially for the price!
