My 5 year old granddaughter loves her Crocs. In fact, these are the shoes she first learned to walk in. I think having a broad, solid base helped. We got her about 2 pairs a year as she outgrew them. They're a little worn and frayed, but never remotely worn. we never had failures. She likes to dress them up in jibits, which I let her choose. Her latest fad is unicorns, which are really adorable on these crocodiles. The selling point for me is the ease with which kids can put them on and take them off FAST and without frustration. We also go to the beach a lot and they are perfect. . especially on hot sand. another advantage, if they are carried into the water by a wave, they swim and can be rescued! !Crocs are the only sandals we buy for them and this grandma highly recommends them.
