Review on πŸ“€ Protect and Preserve Vinyl Records with 100 Taguchi Round LP Inner Sleeves – Thick Anti-Static Material! by Ryan Lawson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

An excellent choice for lining existing paper sleeves with protective plastic.

These sleeves are ideal for existing paper sleeves that come with 33β…“ RPM records. I usually prefer to protect my papers in the square, heavier Diskeeper plastic sleeves. However, there are times when I want to keep the original paper sleeve because it contains artwork, lyrics, or promotions for other record company music. Unfortunately, the paper sleeves have usually turned sour and brown, which may not be good for a record or its center label. These thin, tight-fitting plastic sleeves slide easily into paper sleeves without weighing down the inside of the album cover. They keep records clean, reduce static electricity and protect them from acidic paper. They do the job very well at a reasonable price per panel. Some reviewers complained that the plastic is very thin. In fact, they are right, but wrong at the same time. Sleeves MUST be thin to fit paper sleeves. However, the plastic is quite durable and should last a lifetime if used carefully and inconspicuously. I wholeheartedly recommend these sleeves to my audiophile friends who want to protect their records by keeping them in their original sleeves. When this pack of 100 cases runs out I will definitely be buying more.
