Installing new dishwasher To my surprise I found a 3/4" garden hose for hot water connection just a few inches off the floor. Older dishwashers always had 1 type /4" compression fittings. So you need to go from the compression fitting at the end of the existing hose built under the cabinets to the turf hose fitting and turn it at right angles so it doesn't hit the ground at the same time. This part makes it graceful.
