Worked great for two months then started losing connection

Update: The company sent a replacement which is still working. I bought it for my Mac Book in early December 2019. This has been working like a charm since February 15th and the plug is now removable. I have to disconnect and reconnect it to keep it working and it "doesn't work, it works". When it works and stays connected, it delivers the perfect picture. I wish I could do something about it.

Pros
