First of all we like the "optics" of the chairs, we bought 6 pieces. BUT! 3 of these chairs had loose "BBs" that looked like bits of slag (sweat residue) that were in the box and also soiled the pivot bearings. The result is a very noticeable grinding noise when turning the chair, which sometimes smacks everything together. The slag has eaten into the grease on the bearings and the bearings are not disassembled (as far as I understand). So 3 chairs are back and I hope the next 3 chairs don't have the same problem. Update: I received 3 new chairs to replace the chairs with a dirty storage problem. I noticed that one of the screws holding the seat cushion to the mounting rail fell out. I tried putting it back in place but found it disassembled the first time I put it back together which caused the problem. Upon closer inspection, the two screws holding the mounting plate to the base of the chair were also broken off. Two replacement chairs also had to be returned. These chairs look great when you get a flawless one, but I've had less than 20% success getting a quality product. Of the six I ordered, I returned 5 due to processing issues.
