UPDATE: Since I've owned the chairs for a week now I've noticed myself slipping out of my chair. I have to secure my feet firmly on the footrest to prevent this. On Saturday we had guests who told me that they, too, were slipping off their chairs. We received the chairs on time. Assembling the chairs was easy. All necessary tools/bolts/screws were provided. First of all we like the "optics" of the chairs, we bought 6 pieces. BUT! 3 of these chairs had loose "BBs" that looked like bits of slag (sweat residue) that were in the box and also soiled the pivot bearings. The result is a very noticeable grinding noise when turning the chair, which sometimes smacks everything together. The slag has eaten into the grease on the bearings and the bearings are not disassembled (as far as I understand). So 3 chairs are back and I hope the next 3 chairs don't…
