I have two very frustrated shoulders that hurt my arms. These sleeves help with compression and also help keep your hands "warm" throughout the day. Fits well, very durable. I'm not a tall person so they cover my entire arm but are quite stretchy although my muscles aren't as big as they used to be. The fabric is starting to stretch a bit, but I'm working hard on these little ones. I'm amazed they hold up the way they do. I will definitely buy more if the need arises. Oh, I machine wash them warm and then air dry them.
