I liked that we could use it when needed at work or home with no issues between different devices (laptop/desktop).

It was easy for us as employees who were not tech savvy people ourselves but had access through an application called "One Drive" which allowed me all my files in one place so i didnt have several folders scattered around looking like junk! The fact there where others using this too helped ease any worries about privacy etc because you can only see what they want everyone else seeing unless permissioned otherwise - its very secure once set up correctly.- There are many options available such software programs if wanted more than just emailing attachments back n forth from another program would be great also being able get into contacts easily via outlook calendar appointments ect.
