This strap is thicker and stronger than a normal nylon watch strap. This can actually cause problems when the gap between the watch case and the pins is tight. (I use it with orange pebbles. It works great.) The thickness makes it less flexible at first. That way it won't bend around the pins as tightly as a thinner band. But if it fits, it doesn't wear out that quickly. The metal's black coating gives it a different look than other nylon straps. In general it's really good and suits a massive watch better than thinner bands.
