I bought this item because I couldn't find Peppermint+Jojoba Balls of the same brand. I would say it's ok, nothing special. It lathers well, but the balls are too big and scratch the skin of the face. It doesn't have the "cool" feel of mint (that's a minus for me, but there may be people who find the mint version too sensitive). Overall it's neutral, I've used it and it's been fine but I've reverted to mint as soon as I found it in stock.
