It is a great support system for the ladies but just a word of warning.do not wear it for extended hours if you have been sweating or or just warm. I wore it for an extended period of time (a day that turned into a long night) and it caused some blisters to form along the rubber part. But that can easily be fixed with some powder or just not over doing it on the length of continued wearing.
